She's actually not obligated to prescribe you anything and due to the new regulations, unless you have a terminal condition, such as late stage cancer, there are limits as to how much you can be prescribed, so she couldn't keep writing for 180 of the Dilaudid.
And it would be rare to have any damage occur from just taking 3 of the Percocet a day, with just 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose.
Do you already have some type of liver damage?
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
