i have been taking oxy oc 60mg 2aday as prescribed never abused them last month it was swiched to 60mg of the new oxy op not nearly as effective and double the cost

Switching to the new one has nothing to do with abuse, everyone has to switch, because they are no longer making the original. Once the pharmacies run out of their current supply, they will all have the new product and can only fill prescriptions with it.
There have been many complaints that it is not as effective in the new formulation and some people have mentioned having weird side effects.
I suggest reporting the problem to Purdue and the FDA.
