Oxetol 300

i have got seizures and sponteneous intracerebral haemorrhage left frontal lobe ..since feb10 with seizures every month

however dose has increased to 300 mg but then seizures frequency has increased

My mother also got seizures about after 20days. doctor suggested to intake oxetol 300 mg thrice a day. Will it help to reduce or stop the episodes of seizure. All tests are just normal as MRI, MRA, EEG and all. So please suggest us what should we do for her relief and her age is 53years.
