The medication containing Oxycodone and Acetaminophen is a generic for Percocet.

Oxycontin just contains Oxycodone by itself in a time released formulation, without the Acetaminophen.

This is a narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
