Ovral G And Ipill

As I suffer from menstrual untimely. Doctor preffer me ovral g. Last night I have ipill tablet. Can I use ovral g today. Or not. Or what will happen if taken by mistake

Doctor prescribed me ovral g as I am having features of pcod..I start my 2nd dose of this course from 27th April..today 30th April. I was intimate with my partner and after that I took ipill..now I want you know that in the evening I will take my ovral g tablet or I will take it tomorrow.
