Overdose Took 4 Urbanol Tablets

My son use topamax,tegratol for epelepsy and took 4 x urbenol now act strange is sleepy .....

Hello, Clei! How is your son? Did he suffer any other adverse affects?

Taking that many of them could cause some dangerous overdose symptoms, which the U.S. FDA lists as possibly including nausea, vomiting, severe drowsiness, severe dizziness and shallow breathing, which could potentially be fatal.
