Unfortunately no, there is nothing available over the counter that will help.
Why did you stop the birth control? That's usually the treatment of choice for such a situation. It helps rebalance the hormones, so your periods are lighter, or you may not have any, at all.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight gain and PMS-like symptoms.
