Ovaries And Irregular Period

Doctor just in 3 months now I start having irregular period and when I want to scan it shows that My myometrium is expanded by solid tissue mass with mixed echo texture and AP diameter of 1.3 and there's a cystic mass in the left adnexa with diameter of 31x29mm. It has a regular wall and contains clear fluid and I want to my dococtor she ask me to take combination 3 which I did and see it for 3 months and later size now and I having been taking alovera gel with honey to knw if it will come again cus I don't want to continue in the pill. What shld I do?
