Does it have the 52H twice on once side, with the lined logo on the other side?

If so, it is manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and they list it as being an 80mg Micardis tablets, which contains the active ingredient Telmisartan. It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.
