I need to identify this pill. It is large, oval, white with US2O on it.

This is a 20mEq controlled release potassium tablet, it's used to treat or prevent a deficiency in this vital nutrient.

It is very rough on the stomach, so anyone taking it should take it with food, unless specifically instructed otherwise by their doctor or pharmacist.
