This tablet contains 20mgs of Citalopram, the active ingredient in Celexa, it is an SSRI antidepressant.
Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and dry mouth.

If this is not prescribed for him, you may want to sit him down for a discussion about how dangerous prescription medications can be if used improperly without a doctor's supervision. Also, you can add the fact that having them without a prescription is illegal.
Since this is not something that kids normally abuse, I think the operative question is what he thought it was and where did he obtain it.
