is this drug for an ear infection? and what side affects if any

Otilin contains Lidocaine and Neomycin, the Lidocaine is a mild pain reliever and the Neomycin is an antibiotic to treat the infection.

Side effects to the ear drops can include: tickling or itching sensation, redness, ringing in ears and burning.
