500mg. Has brand name Sanoz GmbH, Austria on the packaging. Given for runny nose in child.

This is actually an antibiotic, 500mgs of Cephalexin to be exact. It is a broad spectrun antibiotic used to treat many types of infections. Could be that your child was developing a sinus infection, which may have been causing the runny nose.

Some of the most common side effects include: upset stomach and diarrhea.
