Orni O is listed as containing Ofloxacin and Ornidazole, they are antibiotics that are used to various types of bacterial infections, though Ornidazole can also be used to treat some parasites.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, cramping, and diarrhea.
Ofloxacin is available in the U.S., not Ornidazole, a similar medication available here is Metronidazole and the FDA lists it as causing the same side effects.
However, only a doctor can tell you if any particular medications are right for you to take and to treat whatever condition you are trying to resolve. Both of these also require a doctor's prescription, they are not available over the counter. Bactrim is another antibiotic that be used, but it doesn't help treat most parasites, there are only few it is effective at treating, such as on specific type of pneumonia that is caused by a parasite, or to prevent someone from developing it, if they are prone to catching it.
Is there any idea what is causing the stomach pain? That could change whether or not these would be good medication choices.
