The closest match I've been able to find is Ranitidine HCL (150 mg); which is commonly used in treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Ranitidine is also used alongside fexofenadine and other antihistamines for the treatment of skin conditions such as hives.
This medication comes in the form of a white round pill with the imprint APO over 025 on the front and nothing on the back.

National Drug Code (NDC): 60505-0025
Could you describe the P logo on the back? Is it just a P or is there an A (without the middle line) directly above the P? If that's what it looks like, there's a chance that the pill could've been manufactured by Rugby Pharmaceuticals.
