The pill you described sounds like an Alprazolam (Xanax 2mg) but the color should be more of a yellow than orange. It isn't unusual for the medications coloring to get a little messed up. If you are worried that they aren't real you can always take your pills to the pharmacy to have them verify that the contents of your medication are correct.
You are the best judge of your body, if your medication is making you sick please notify your doctor as it may not be the right medication for you.
