As to what they actually contain, they do claim to be 100mgs of Sertraline, however, since this is not a U.S. product, I cannot confirm that.
As to the color, they are always subjective, so it doesn't really mean anything. What one person sees as red, another can see as pink and etc.
The sunset, many times, is an orange shade, what they name it really doesn't matter and is more than likely just a name they thought would be pleasant and appealing.
