The ribbon is an R logo, but there is no tablet they make, in the U.S. with a 123 on it.
However, there is a tablet that matches this description with an R 128. Could it possibly be an 8?
The R 128 tablet contains 0.2mgs of Clonidine, primarily used to help lower high blood pressure.
Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
