Hello,

I wasn't able to find something with an upside down V z27 but I was able to find a pill on the NIH database that is a capital letter A and Z27. This pill is orange in color and capsule shaped. It's possible that the line between the A is missing in the manufacturers printing machine or that it has simply worn off in time. If you think this is the pill that you have then it is listed as an over the counter sinus headache PE maximum strength non-drowsy pill.
