Orange Pill Letter With 12 On One Side And Etching (Top voted first)

I found a small orang pill, )about a centimeter in diameter). One one side is the number 12 and on the other side the etching is partiall worn off. It looks like 2 capital letters I next to each other with sometning in between. Any idea what this might be
