Hello, found some pills that I don't now what it is? orange with number 44227.

These are an over the counter product, sold as generics or store brans in many different countries.

It contains 325mgs of Aspirin, used to treat pain, fever and headache. (NDC 59779-0227)

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, blood thinning and stomach irritation.
