Hello, Jacqui! How are you?
You should not change your dosage, without your doctor's approval. Both the Oramorph and the Codeine are narcotics, so you may overdose if you do so, they also carry the risk of being habit forming. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.
Paracetamol is also dangerous, if you take too much each day, an overdose of it could result in fatal toxicity.
