Oramorph Liquid

Hi, I'm in hospital at the moment and have been taken off morphine and I'm now on oramorph but it doesn't seem to be shifting the pains in my stomach I have said to the nurse but she is not for giving me it what could be the reason for this

This medication also contains Morphine, so it should work just like the Morphine does. What dosage are they giving you?
