Oralcon Pill Weight Gain

Hi I've I'm student and I've been using oralcon for a year, these pills are provided for free at school but now I went from 60kg to 66kg I eat right I work out but the scal keeps going up. I'm confused because people keep sayn I'm slim I've lost a few my cloths still fit and i dnt think I look 6kg heavier but the scal disagrees. What's going with my body could be that I'm heavier because of fat or water and what other free or chepater merhod can i use or should i stick this and go strickter on my diet i need to loose thhis extra 6kg

You're working out, maybe you do some strength training so this means you've built muscle mass. You should research on this really. Muscle is heavier than fat. I hope this helps

I will preface my post by stating that it's true contraceptives such as Oralcon are known to cause their users (in this case you) to gain weight. This is due to the nature of the drug changing the hormones in the body. What you are experiencing is common and if you truly feel like it's an issue you can discuss this matter with a medical professional.

Just as important I would like to touch on the fact that weight itself is not the only indicator of a healthy body, so long as you fall within the healthy weight range for your height and structure I see no problem, especially if you are living an active lifestyle and working out. As long as you feel good in your own skin and feel healthy the number on the scale shouldn't bother you.
