You wouldn't be showing pregnancy symptoms that fast.

Yes, there is a risk, if you had only taken them for 5 days, but I think you most likely just woke up sick, because you were worried about it.

When are you due for your period? You need to wait until then and have yourself tested, if you go a week or more late.
