Im using oralcon contraceptive pills. im gaining weight... what can help me not to gain?

Hi, Boikhutso! Sorry about the problem that you're having.

However, there really isn't going to be much you can do about the weight change, as long as you're taking the Oralcon.

It contains a synthetic estrogen and those very commonly cause women to gain weight.

If you feel that you're gaining to much on this one, you may wish to talk to your doctor about trying a different one.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Even if you join gym. You cant get back to your weight before taking the pills.
