Oral Contraceptive Pill Switching
UpdatedHi. I'm currently using Althea pills and I wanted to switch on the Lady pill because it is much cheaper. When should I start taking the Lady pill? Thanks :)

Unless your doctor instructs otherwise, you should be able to just make a clean switch from one to the other, when you finish your current pack of pills.
The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, spotting, headache, irritability, weight changes, and PMS-like symptoms.
Is there anything else I can help with?
