Opana Urine Test

I ran out of my meds early and i take opana er percocet and soma what can i take to substitute the opana for my urine test if anything.

take the percocet. it breaks down in the system to oxymorphone when you urinate by atleast 10%. it does not work the other way around. oxycodone breaks down to oxymorphone. much like hydro to hydomorphone.
