Does the Opana IR come in 15 mg tabs?

Hi Lynn,

From what I could gather, Opana "ER" tablets are the only ones that come in 15mg dosage forms.

The immediate release ones appear to be in 5mg and 10mg increments, respectively.

I don't know if other brands outside of the US carry it in different dosages, but it sounds like three 5mg tablets would be your best bet for reaching the intended dosage. I'd just be sure to talk with your doctor about proper dosing protocols before moving forward with it.
