How can I convince the doctor to give me the instant release Opana? I'm on the ER 10 mg Opana's now but would like the instant release I take with Oxycodone 30 mg. The regular release Opana seem to work better with my oxycodone.

I doubt they will, because usually pain management uses a time released medication and a regular release formulation.
You may be able to switch to a time released Oxycodone and a regular release Opana.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
