Not factoring the effect of the Acetaminophen in the Lortab, you'd need 30mgs of the Hydrocodone to be equivalent to each 10mg Opana.
However, it also should be noted that the Lortab is not time released, like the Opana ER, so it's pain relieving effects won't last as long throughout the day and due to the Acetaminophen in the Lortab, it isn't safe to take multiples of them, unless your doctor specifically approves. Even then, you have to make sure not to exceed 3,000mgs a day, or you risk overdose toxicity.
The FDA classifies these medications as being narcotic analgesics, so they carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.
