There is no immediate release Opana.

As to why it doesn't feel like you took anything, are you tolerant to opiates? That is a fairly low dosage, so if you're used to taking it, or usually take higher doses of other narcotics, this dosage might be too low for you.

This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
