Only Took Half Of 0.5 Clonazepam 36 Hours

only took half of o.5 clonazapam 36 hours ago can I drink beer safely. Never took meds before

Clonazepam has a half-life ranging from about 30 to 50 hours, which means it would be 150 to 300 hours, before it's out of your body. Thus, you may still experience a greater intensity of the side effects if you drink alcohol, you may feel more nausea, dizziness and drowsy than normal. One drink might affect you as if you'd had 2 and so on.

Thus, it would really be best to avoid alcohol for awhile after taking it.

This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming.
