Oneonta, Ny. Cant Find A Doctor Who Will Prescribe Narcotics?

my pain is legitamite. please point me in the right direction? all clinics here dont write narcotics but if you can get them on the street theres obviously a doc who writes them. help?

I may not have a doctor I can refer you to, but I can point you in the right direction with a couple links that may be of service to you in locating pain management doctors within your general area.

Many of the results you find (in one or both of the links above) also list a phone number for that specific doctor; I'd consider calling up a number of them to see if they are accepting new patients; some aren't, but most usually are.

I doubt you'll have any luck at a clinic. See a pain specialist that focuses on what is causing your pain. I would doctor shop until I found an answer that is acceptable. The medications on the streets are probably bought from a web-based source. If you are aware of the medication you need and all drug interactions that may arise, ordering over the internet seems to be the way things are headed. The new FDA regulations are coming down hard on doctors. I wouldn't wish an illness on anyone, but sometimes I think these FDA folks need to get really sick and really scared at least once.
