On And Off Nausea
UpdatedHi
I take itraconazol 100 mg, two of them in the evenings, after dinner.I have been on it for three months. Some mornings I wake up with extreme nausea and other mornings not so! Can itraconazol cause nausea on and off or if the medicine is the culprit, would I have nausea every morning?
Thanks for your thoughts.

Yes, it can cause nausea like that, according to NIH reports. Other side effects may possibly include dizziness, headache, and stomach pain.
It can also depend on when you take and what you take it with, such as on an empty stomach, or etc.
Are you on any other medications?
