Omnacortil Side Effects 5mg

i am taking omnacortile 5mg since last 6 years. Dose was high initially like 40g per day. now its 5 mg twice a week. what kind of side effects will be for the prolonged usage of omnacortile 5mg?

My mother is using omnacortil 10 mg and then 5 mg from 20 years .now doctor told her not to use.from 2 month she is nt taking.she has lost appetite..and many more problem of related bone.
