Omnacortil 40mg Side Effects

doctor said that i have pressure of 40 in my brain,so my both optic nerves are swollen it lead to squint of left eye. iam 20yrs old,will i have to face any problems in future? after marriage?

1)Whether Omnacortil 40mg per day taken for a fortnight will improve platelets count? At present I am having platelets count at 49000. 2) Whether Omnacortil taken for fortnight will have any side effects?
