Omeprazole Dr 40mg Cap Apo
UpdatedI originally take OMEPRAZOL DR 40MG CAP APO. Now I take OMEPRAZOL DR 20MG CAP APO and it doesn't work as well as the 40MG CAPS... Can I take 2 of the 20MG CAPSULES?

Well, it is a lower dosage, so it's not going to work as well as the higher dosage did. It will take awhile for your body to adjust to the lower dosage.
However no, you shouldn't raise the dosage again, without your doctor's approval.
Long-term use of these PPIs risks hip fractures, according to FDA warnings. Other side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain.
