Omeprazole Dr 20mg

omeprazole dr 2-mg - - - started 02/17/10 - - - 1 capsule a day - - have had stomach pain and watery diarrea the past 4 days/also some vomiting. So I have not taken my medications until today!!! Since I have started feeling better -- I resumed my medications today -- this afternoon the stomach pain has returned and the feeling that the diarrea is allso about to resume!

Omeprazole can cause some stomach pain and diarrhea as side effects when you first start taking it. It should taper off as your body adjusts to the medication.

If it doesn't, you will need to contact your doctor. Have you spoken to them about it?
