I am losing weight taking the olvance 50 drug. Is this a side effect?

This contains the active ingredient Olmesartan, which is an ARB that's most commonly used to help treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions.

But no, weight loss isn't a typical side effect of these medications, they usually actually cause the opposite.
