Olmezest Ch 40

MY DAD SHRI A.V.RAO; 79+. Dr,PADMANABHAN IS HIS REGULAR CHECK UP FROM K.I.M.S. HYD. THE MESSAGE WHY I AM GIVING IS....... PLEASE CHECK THE MEDICINE NAME BEFORE COMING OUT FROM THE MEDICAL SHOP. IT HAPPENED!!!!. MEDICAL SHOP HAS GIVEN "H" INSTEAD OF "CH". AFTER SOME MONTHS MY MOTHER TOOK THE STRIP TO THE DOCTOR & SHOWED. THE Dr. RECOGNISED THE DIFFERANCE & GOT ANGRY. I DON'T, Y, D THOUGHT CAME TO MY MOM'S MIND TO SHOW D STRIP. OF COURSE MY DAD DIDN'T GET IMPROVED IN HIS HEALTH; BECAUSE OF ONE LETER "C". THIS IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION!!!.

I am 57 years old female having BP since about 4 years. Doctor has given me Olmezest CH 40 since 4 years. With CH 40 BP will be under control & I can lead normal life. An year Back Doctor asked me to try Olmezest 40 but tried for about 2 weeks. Somehow it doesnt suit for long time. I could have continued further. But sometimes I feel with CH 40 I would be more comfortable. IRecently I tried Olmezest 20 also for getting dosage reduced if possible. I could manage for a week maximum. Then heaviness & light pain in the skull along with head ache and left shoulders pain all started. Immediately I started CH 40. I got relief. Is CH 40 very strong & what are the side effects of long term usage. Please let me know sir.
