Olmezest 10 Side Effects

My father 82 is taking Almodac 5 in the morning and olmezest 10 in the night he is having excessive urination and also has diarrohea occasionally and feels drained what should he do kindly advice. Thanking you

Virtually all of the blood pressure and cardiac medications can cause an increase in urination as a side effect, as well as diarrhea. However, the concern here with him feeling drained is that he may be getting dehydrated.

How much water does he drink each day?

Has he consulted his doctor about the problem?
