Olmesar 40 Tablet

My doctor has prescribed olmesartan 40 , amlodipine 5, and hydrothiazine 12.5 twice daily. Is this too much of dosage ?

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, dehydration, and hypotension.
