UpdatedI use trimacsart 40 for high blood pressure put my doctor change my medicine and give me olmeasar 40 and cancor 5 mg and use to morning same time my blood pressure nirmly 80, 85 and 120 ,130 use to trimacsart 40 but my pulse goes to fast please advise me and one tablet cyra LS also give me one tablet in morning
