Old Darvocet

My grandfather has a Darvocet prescription from 1997- 16 years old. He's convinced that he can still take it even though it is so old. I think they need to be thrown them away .... Are they safe even though they are 16 years old??

Yes, the Darvocet should be disposed of, not just because it's old, but because it was also found to be dangerous and has been pulled from the U.S. prescription drug market. It was found to be caridotoxic and there were some fatalities.
