Ofloxacin And Ornidazole Tablet Dosage

AM 28 YRS OLD, AM SUFFERING WITH IBS Problem since 3 years, am working in abroad, my annual vacation time I am consulting Indian Kerala Gastro-doctor. He will advise some medicine like Ofloxacin&ornidazole, esomeprazole and other medicine for two month. But mostly happening the mucus and stool problem after stop the antibiotic...
Now few days on my annual vacation doctor prescribed these medicines, but the previous consulted time he was advised antibiotic as two times/daily. Now pharmacist mentioned in medicine cover as one dosage/daily. So, am confusing about the medicine dosage...Please advise me for the solution.....!

I'm sorry you're having this problem, it's so uncomfortable (and can be embarrassing too.).
What I did when I had a similar situation is this: I went to a health food store and bought some good Probiotics. They should be refrigerated at the health food store, if they're the good ones.
I took my Probiotics on an empty stomach, 2 hrs before or 2 hrs after the antibiotic. I usually took Probiotic first thing in morn. at least an hour before coffee, food or meds. Took one before bed, at least 2 hours after food or meds.This helped me with awful bowel problems, especially when on antibiotics. My mom also did this when on antibiotics and it saved her the usual diarrhea and stomach upset she experienced with antibiotics.
If you try this, sure hope this helps (maybe you won't have IBS anymore!).
