No, they are not all the same, since Norflox TZ contains Norfloxacin and Tinidazole, while the other two medications contain Ofloxacin with Ornidazole, but they are used to treat the same conditions, such as infections, and protozoal infections.
The problem is that they can cause diarrhea, and stomach pain, as side effects, according to NIH reports, so you shouldn't take them, unless a doctor has told you to do so. Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, and headache.
