If you stopped taking them abruptly, without tapering off, then you may experience these withdrawal/rebound effects for anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.

I did it several years ago, upon finding out that I never needed the medication to begin with, we were just treating side effects from another medication and the effects of cloudy head and fatigue lasted about 5 to 6 weeks for me, after taking them for 6 years.

At this point, taking them again would just restart the whole process, so there is really no point, if you really want off them, it's best to just weather it out.

Have you talked to your doctor about it?
