Oblong Yellow With Shiny Speckles Pill Scored On One Side No Markings

This guy that's a regular at the bar I work at gave me this pill. He said last night he'd bring me a loratab because I have tendonitis in my right arm....I've never seen a pill like this. It's yellowish in color, oblong, has shiny speckles (glitter-like) lightly scored on one side and blank. Not well made...or maybe just old. Thank you for any information you can give me!

It would be best to dispose of it.

If it doesn't have any markings, it is not a legal U.S. Lortab that's been manufactured for many, many years. All manufactured U.S. prescription tablets are required by law to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency.

Without any imprints, it is most likely an over the counter product, of some type, but there is also a small chance it may be a foreign medication.

However, it's never a good idea to take something that hasn't been prescribed for you and which you can't identify.

However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I received two of these exact pills recently. I took half of one; no high at all. I was told they were 10mg Percocet. I Googled Mexican Percocet and I did see a similar package of ten that mine came from. Probably just fakes.
