To add some specifics, it is manufactured by Time-Cap Labs and they list it as containing 250mgs of Aspirin, 250mgs of Acetaminophen, and 65mgs of Caffeine, it is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, increased risk of bleeding, nervousness, and insomnia.
